I was a bit apprehensive and skeptic that they could even help me because of childhood scoliosis—but the whole staff and Doctor were so knowledgeable and immediately I got pain relief and within days I was pain free! I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dr. Hettick and staff are great! Super friendly and really try to get to know you in order to HELP you. Very holistic approach to healing, and he actually speaks to you, explaining what he is doing and what the individual can do for themselves to help feel better (and not in "doctor speak") Highly recommended!
I've been having dry needling done here and I have noticed a huge improvement in how I feel. My joints don't feel compressed like they used to. I've had chronic pain for at least 7 years and their treatments help tremendously. I used to think it was just something I'd have to live with. I'm a LMT and I recommend this place, and dry needling in general, to my clients.
The entire staff is amazing, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with lots of pain from a pinched nerve in my shoulder. After my evaluation, the doctors came up with a plan and schedule for my treatment. They performed PRP therapy which great and painless. After 6 weeks of therapy, I feel great. Shoulder is fully recovered and pain free.

After acute back pain treatment several years ago, I’ve been coming monthly for several years now - just to ensure that these minor adjustments prevent present and future back pain.
The staff has always been warm, courteous, and personable, and as a senior, Medicare covers most of the cost - now I only have a $10 copay each visit..
Due to a car accident nearly 3 years ago, I was getting chiropractic care, injection, PT, etc from other sources with no improvement before being referred to Mile High Spine and Pain Center. In just the 4 months of receiving treatment here, I have been finally feeling relief and improvement I’ve been longing for. The amazing staff make you feel like family and genuinely care about you as a person, not just another patient walking in the door. I have put all my trust and confidence in Dr Hettick and his staff to get me where I need and want to be!

I should start out by saying, I have NEVER left a review before for anything. With that being said, this office deserves a remark. Dr. Hettick is amazing! His attention to detail and his care of compassion is what makes Dr Hettick an amazing clinician. I have been treated by Dr Hettick now for about 6 months and I’ve never felt such pain relief. Dr. Hettick was very inquisitive to find the source of my back pain from a previous sports injury.
Through X-rays and other tests, he was able to discover a compressed disc, explained all of the details, and presented options for future treatments.

Staff and Dr. Hettrick are so nice and helpful! They really do want to help you feel better and with several chronic illnesses and terrible chronic fatigue, after a month of Meyer’s cocktails (paid for by insurance after deductible and OOP max), I’m feeling a lot better. Can’t wait to see what the doc can do for my chiari and back pain next week! I will definitely be recommending him to my family (I try not to have too many friends). My Mom has been looking for a good chiropractor and a more naturalistic approach for years and I think she’ll find what she’s looking for here.

As a Veteran in my 30’s I take my health very seriously and Mile High is not only attentive, thorough and professional, but very friendly and courteous with all of your needs. I went in after falling to get some relief, I wasn't sure if I might need an adjustment, they got me in quickly and tested me even my vascular concerns. The whole Staff was very nice and welcoming and comforting, Dr Hettick was a special kind of doctor that really cares about what he does to help however he can and does well with it. Lewis did images of the Vascular in my legs, and neck to check for damages from the fall and he was very kind and also did a good job. I would most definitely recommend the Mile High Spine & Pain Center to anyone I heard say they needed help. It's an excellent place to go. You even have the pleasure of visiting with the sweet therapy dog she was a great add to the great experience. Thank you all!!!!!

So I found this place looking for someone who did spinal decompression..yep traction because I know that is what I need for my spinal stenosis to relieve the pressure. Pleasantly surprised that they do a huge array of services from decompression to chiropractic adjustments, lidocaine shots for muscle tension and pain, prp, peptides, weight loss and more. I get an adjustment and lidocaine shots along with my decompression. My back pain has gone from a daily 8 to only having mile pain maybe one day a week when I really stress my body. I have had some. Chiropractic trauma and so I asked doc to adjust his approach with me and he.has been super responsive.to my needs and very communicative. The staff is super friendly and inviting. They work with your insurance and really try to optimize insurance and work with your budget. Thank you.

I absolutely love Mile High. The doctors, nurses and IV specialists are amazing. The vitamin IVs have helped with my energy. I love the exosome therapy as well for energy. I'm a type I diabetic and they help with my diabetes as well. I highly recommend Mile High.

Not all chiropractors are created equal. As a former professional athlete, I've seen the spectrum of chiropractors, physical therapists, and bodyworkers across the USA and Canada. Dr Hettick is by far one the best I've been to. Having old injuries that cause terrible imbalances in my body that require more consistent adjustments than usual to feel normal, I can always rely on Dr Hettick's chiropractic expertise to provide almost immediate substantial relief.
I have been a client here for two years and have had nothing but excellent treatment and service each visit. The staff is professional and helpful, and Dr. Hettick is the most skilled and friendly healer around.

I am so elated to have found a team of professionals that take the time to listen, review records, ask questions, and explains everything along the way. Every single person there from administration to the medical professionals are amazing! After the initial meeting a few days after scheduling to the sit down and review of their findings, I cannot believe that what I have been suspecting was discussed without mentioning it. Doctor after doctor I've been to have dismissed findings on my tests, but they came together and now are helping to get me to a doctor to help my debilitating back pain.. a doctor that is here in Denver, not TX! I came to Mike High Spine and Pain Center after getting into a car accident and it has always been a 5 star experience for me every time I go in. Dr. Hettick and his staff are amazing and always listen to what’s going on and how to fix it as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is such an amazing chiropractic and I always look forward to my appointments and getting to see the staff!
Dr. Hettick and his staff are wonderful and really care about their patients and their families. Dr Hettick treated my husband for years before he passed. I have also been a patient for several years and my 15 year old granddaughter started getting adjusted too.
Dr. Hettick is very knowledgeable and if you ask him a question he does not know the answer he will research it for you. I get adjusted every week and always feel better after. I have been getting the Meier's cocktail (medicare covered) for 6 months and feel amazing. It really helps with fatigue and boosts my immune system to help fight off colds and flu like symptoms.

Mile High Spine at 136th and Zuni literally gave me my life back. After competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting for many years, I began new journeys in my life, and as such walked away from the demands of the competitive lifestyle. Upon losing weight I began to notice pain. That pain eventually led to immobilization. I was literally living on a pain scale of 7-10 on a 24/7 basis. As such, my entire foundation (both mentally and physically) began to crumble. I work in the King Soopers so I always saw Mile HIgh, but eventually made the extra step to go in. I was growing tired of living in pain. The entire staff is absolutely incredible, and is the only facility where I have seen a Nurse Practitioner and a Doctor of Chiropractic's work in perfect synchronization. Additionally, upon my first visit I was able to get imaging done along with an excellent developed game plan the very next day.
Even in my darkest days where sometimes I couldn't build up the energy or mindset to go in, they ALWAYS accommodated and got me in either the same day or the next (always based on my preference, mind you). While being a patient at Mile High, I also began to see third party surgeons (also recommended directly by the NP at Mile HIgh) where I found out I had two degenerated discs that at that point, were virtually non existent. My lower vertebrae were essentially running bone to bone. I was in daily debilitating pain with numbing in my arms and legs, severe nerve pain in my pelvis and L4 to S1, muscle spasms, and terrible neck pain caused by a lack of curvature in my upper spine. I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep, and I couldn't work out--I was literally spiraling down. At that point, I could no longer go to the gym and as my weight continued to drop, my pain continued to go up.
At that time I began becoming desperate for relief. I went to surgeons and literally begged and bribed for a spinal fusion with no luck due to my low age (29). My options were to either find someone who do the surgery or--PRP. This procedure was recommended to me multiple times by the NP at Mile High. She was extremely confident that it would fix my problem; however, after everything I had already been through I was naturally hesitant. Literally nothing else had worked for me (including steroid injections done by a third party that debilitated and almost immobilized me for two weeks), so my mindset was, "why do this?".
Eventually, I had the PRP procedure done and as I write this today I can honestly and confidently say I have my life back. Mile High Spine & Pain Center gave me my life back. I am up now almost 25 pounds, have my metabolism back, sleep like a rock, and am in the gym three to four days a week with increasing strength. I am happier, I am healthier, but most importantly--I am pain free.
Words alone cannot manifest the level of thankfulness I have for the entire team at Mile High and every time I wake up, go to work, and go the gym I always think about how much the PRP treatment was the best decision I ever made. I recommend Mile High to anyone and everyone suffering from back/neck pain. Whether it's something the Chiropractor can fix or something the NP can fix (often both), you will never regret the decision, that I promise you.
I was hesitant on seeing a chiropractor but here I was made comfortable and educated on my needs and not just myself for my baby and spouse. The staff is very kind and welcoming I am happy we went in and recommend them to anyone looking for care.
The care is awesome. Every one there are Super nice. I used to have my granddaughter who went with me all the time til she was 12 with m.They really got to know her. Now since she doesn't go with me they still always ask about her. She is always disappointed when I don't take her with me. One time she was sick with pneumonia and Dr. Haddock drew her a get well picture. I'd recommned this to place to everyone!!
I’m 53 yrs old and was not feeling my best, tired, rundown. I work out regularly but just couldn’t keep up. I travel a lot for work and rarely give reviews but after going in to Miles High spine & pain center I Felt compelled to give a review! Dr. Hettick was great! He and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They were able to Fit me in their schedule with a days notice. I have been to other chiropractors around the Country and Miles High is a clinic I would recommend to anyone! Thank you Dr. Hettick I will see you the next time I am in town!
The doctors listen and focous, but the receptionists keep calling and telling me that I am missing appointments that I did not schedule.
